Why do I have a website? I keep asking myself that.

I know, I know. Every marketing guru says we need to have one. They tell us all this glitzy stuff to put on it and talk about stuff like driving traffic and creating funnels. The only way I want a funnel is if it's a funnel cake. With powdered sugar. And coffee. Oh great, now I'm hungry.

I guess what it comes down to (she says, munching on a cookie because no funnel cake was available) is that I want to introduce myself and hopefully connect with new friends. This page tells you a little about me. (Mainly that I appear to have ADHD and be in need of medication...)

I write books. I'm really proud of what I've accomplished in that area. 15 books. Some I published, others were published by very nice established publishing companies. I have written about useful business and training topics, along with useless humor books that make me laugh. I have self development titles and journals. And I have my most recent book, Calling Home, which doesn't fall into any category I've ever worked in. More about that below.

I'm a speaker and a trainer whose mission is Linking Laughter & Learning, because I think that jokes stay with us longer than lectures. And when you mix humor with activities that allow attendees to make their own discoveries, it's just that much better. Best of all, this kind of learning can be done quite effectively and inexpensively, even in virtual formats.

So, that's me. How about you? Want to play together? Wanna chat? Join me on social media (be sure to message me so I know you're not some creepy guy who's going to scare my friends) and let's make the world a better place!

Please check out my latest book,

Calling Home

It came from a dream and is the tale of how a crumbling motel, a cemetery, and an abandoned phone booth came together to created magic and healing for me in the grief over the loss of my mother.

It's a combination of memoir and fantasy, which I didn't think was possible. And it has take on a life of its own, because every person who reads it gets an entirely different message. I'm not sure where it came from, but it has helped me so much.

I hope it brings you magic too.
